Weather: Upper 50’s and glorious

With an FNG present, disclaimer, core principles and mission statement were reviewed in specific details.  Mozi then ensued that included nur, side shuffle x2, high knees and butt kickers, ending back at the turf starting point.

COP included:

• Carolina Dry Docks x10 IC
• Mountain Climbers x10 IC
• LBCs x10 IC

Time was limited so we mosied over the front of Target in which we utilized the big red balls to assist with our escalator style beatdown.  Starting at ball 1 – 5 Carolina Dry Docks, adding 5 at each ball (ended with 45 at the last ball).  Mode of transportation was Bear Crawl (Lunge walk to first ball due to great distance included).  Return trip included 5 LBCs escalating to 45 with mode of transportation of Crab Walk.

The pax endured the pain, entertained the construction workers and early staff arrivals and completed the task with dignity – mostly.  Best was that our FNG was never left alone and was never left behind.

Upon returning to the turf, we ended with 10 Monkey Humpers IC and 10 Burpees OYO.

As men, we often want to compare ourselves to one another.  We are competitive by nature.  But, It is imperative that we do not compare our insides to their outside.  Outwardly, they might appear happy and have it all together, but if you don’t get to know that person closely, you won’t be doing a true comparison, and more importantly, you might be missing an opportunity to guide them, lead them, and love on them.

Don’t compare your inside to another man’s outside….
