The Ft Hamer AO was buzzing this morning..and there were a lot of guys eager to accelerate their fitness. YHC declared that there would be a rucking option for those interested and Cavallino and Manziel joined me in this endeavor. As Q, Bridge Repeats were called…but due to a sprained calf, Yamaha declared he was going to hit the neighborhood for an easy run. When it came to the time to take a left or right turn, it was clear that Yamaha won the popularity contest as the majority of the pax took him up on said easy run through the neighborhood….you know, easy like 7:30 pace miles on the north loop easy.
Enron, DeFib and Goob respected the Q’s commands and took on the bridge repeats while YHC, Cavallino, Manziel and Fireball (Ruckless but walking Ray due to his own injuries) did ruck bridge repeats.
All in all, acceleration was accomplished and coffee was had afterwards.
