Warmup Time for a little football drill… “ on 2”. we then circled up for some SSH, m Phelps, arm circles, strawberry pickers, Merkins and closed the warmup w some bad back stretches.
Let the stack commence…. U have to repeat the prior exercise(s) before u could go to the next one. In between we jogged about 45 yards to the benches and rotated doing 10 tricep dips or 5 each leg step ups.
