The weather was crisp and perfect for a beatdown. Albeit some of the more senior residents of the state would go so far as to call it chilly, anyone from the Northeast or Mid-West knows the 50’s to be just about perfect for a morning beatdown. Humidity was probably high, but the air was too cool for it to matter.

Relays. Lots and lots of relays.

Crab walks. Tippy toes. Bear crawls. Lunges. Pushups. Kettle swings. Ball slams. Rope Slams. Crunchy Frog. Squat & Press. Cable curls…  the list goes on.

We all sweat and put in the work and are all the better for it
