YHC arrived at 0500 to find 3 cars in the parking lot…… 2 of the cars belonged to YHC’s normal Monday running group, Bing and Goob, and the 3rd belonged to Stagecoach who was off to the side working hard on his MABA challenge.

The remaining PAX continued to arrive and at 0515 YHC reviewed the 5 Core Principles and introduced Usher to the group.  Usher was attending his 2nd beatdown.

Started the day with a 2 lap Mosey consisting of High Knees, Butt Kickers, Nur, Carioca to each side or maybe to the same side but either way there was Carioca x’s 2.
