Weather…….Cold and windy

YHC returned from a 3 mile pre-run with Goob to find a lot more PAX than he expected on this post Super bowl Monday.  At 0515, YHC reviewed the 5 core principles and 12 PAX started off on a Mosey…. 2 late arrivals joined in and Goob was off running another 3.5 on his own.

After the mosey which consisted of the normal buttkickers, high knees, nur, carioca to both sides the PAX circled up for COT and the following:

The Thang was 2 18 Minute AMRAP’s the first was 20 count and the second was 25 count.
