Puddin' was a DR guest from NC.  We should probably get him into the scrolls of Suncoast... he posts more than some locals.
Many merkins with minimal mumblechatter (once Sonic Boom showed up) for this tabata-style beatdown.

Started with a mosey (butt-kickers, high knees, karaoke) followed by SSH, strawberry pickers, windmills, and Imperial Walkers,

The Thang:
50 seconds of work and 20 seconds of rest for 5 exercises followed by 2 1/2 minutes for a run around the UC Publix parking lot
Set 1: Merkins, Long swimmers, WWII sit-ups, Moroccan Nightclubs, and Squats
Set 2: Merkins, Plank, LBCs, Overhead Claps, Speed skaters
Set 3: Merkins (sensing a pattern?), Bridge (switch legs at 30 secs if doing single leg), Banana hammocks (switch sides at 30 secs), SSH, Hello Dollies
Set 4: Merkins, Push the Rock, Reverse Crunch, Step back lunges, and CRUNCHY FROG
Set 5: Merkins, Superman, Penguins, Plank jacks, and E2K (Elbows-to-knees)

Humidity was better than last week, but it was still balmy!

Thanks for all who posted and pushed themselves!  The best way to find your limit is not to talk about it, but to "do" and see where that takes you!
