Weather: Low 60s

Pax were arriving via all different means, many have done a pre-run, it was time to declare the route.  Seeing many of the Ft. Hamer OG in attendance, off we went on the old 6 mile loop around the neighborhood.  1 mile warm-up/4 mile Tempo/1 mile cool down – or as Pincher decided – 10k hard – PR hard!

Olympus and Enron decided to hit some figure 8 loops in lieu of the big loop due to a tingle of a former injury.

A spunky Pincher announced that he was only 35 second off YHC PR for the loop, and clearly has his mind set on beating it.  Blade Runner has since declared 3/10 as “Beat Bing’s North Loop Segment PR” day.  Especially because there are a handful of HIMs within seconds of moving me down the leaderboard.
