Arrived to see Chilipepper and Sir Wallace going hard at the pre Insanity workout. Good work brothers!
started off with the mission statement, and the five core principles. Added disclaimer and encouragement to modify as needed. Emphasis today should be form and full range of motion.
a brief warmup of IW’s, MNC’s, and strawberry pickers, followed by some bad back stretches.
we went into a set of 11’s consisting of squats and merkins and a 15 yard run.
next was the instruction of what I dubbed the Dora-round-about: six stations were defined – the four corners of the grassy rectangle and the two midpoints of each long side. The pairs of pax were to spread around at different stations to start. On pax would run to the center of the grassy area and perform 3 exercises of 10 reps each – squats, merkins, Imperial Walkers – then run back. The partner who stayed would Hold plank at the corners and overhead claps at the midpoint. Move to a new station each time a pax returned.. mode of transportation was wheelbarrow along the short ends and lung wall along the long sides.

there was more… we huddled up re explained again changed it open lowered the reps in the center to 5 and …it was still a bit chaotic..
To wrap it up we split into two circles, held air squat as one pax shuffled around the inside slapping hands until returning to his spot, all pax dropped and did 3 merkins, next guys turn until all completed…
