Weather: Many threats of storms, but only high winds and far off lightning, so it was time to reclaim Nathan Benderson Park – It’s great to be back at the foot of the tower, and eventually UP the tower!!  Welcome downrange guest O’Douls from F3 Naperville and one FNG.

Disclaimer, core principles and mission statement where shared and we took off for a mosi including high knees, butt kickers, side shuffle x2, and toy soldiers.  COP included:

It was now time to tour the grounds, inserting in a jack webb, covering nearly 1.25 miles. We headed out towards the long bridge across the lake, but modified the merkins with squats due to the excessive amount of bird crap present.  YHC would stop the mosi, call out a number and the pax would execute that number of merkins followed by a multiple of four overhead claps.  Once complete with all numbers, we were at the Sniper Hill and did a round of 7-11.  Starting at 7 – counting up to 11.  LBCs at the bottom of the hill/Carolina Dry Docks at the top….this leaving only 10 minutes for a JAIL BREAK!!

It was great to get back up the tower to end with a round of Mary on top.  Mary included burpees, sitting up and down (Fireball), Freddie Mercuries.

Welcome to Encore, an FNG on vacation visiting from Denver – Hopefully he will continue his F3 journey with the pax of F3 Denver…and he can explain why he got that nickname.
