Centurion Pyramid (MOT: pax choice): merkins, squats, LBCs (1 rep of each exercise, MOT across chamber, 2 reps of each, MOT back, 3 reps and so on; once you reach 10 each, work back to 1 rep each for a total of 100 reps each exercise)

Augusta half-Ironman is 9/25; 10/16 is the Laps for Life Walk/Ruck/Run on Siesta Key; 10/29 there are TWO events: 1) Alzheimer’s Association Walk (ask Manziel for details); 2) Manasota BUDS 20th Anniversary Buddy Walk – look for Team Jacob (Recall’s son); WildPax is the weekend before Thanksgiving (Stagecoach is the man to pay to secure your spot; see the #wild-pax-csaup channel for details); Ragnar (DEC 2-3) has two teams from Suncoast, but if another 8-man team wants in, fire it up!  1/14/23, the Sarasota Marathon 5K, 10K, Half Marathon will be running — price increases on Nov 1st.

Enron put out word that there is a collection effort effort for F3 Nairobi to get shoes — most of their pax have none!  Any pax with serviceable running/exercise shoes should get them to Enron.
