Today was the 1 year anniversary of when I joined F3.

We started with a short mosy around the parking lot with butt kickers, nur and karaoke. Then we proceeded to the field for several In Cadence exercises including SSH, Monkey Hummers, Strawberry Pickers, Mountain Climbers, Merkins and Arm Circles.

Next we did a Dora in teams of 2. 1 person ran a lap while the other exercised we did a combined 100 merkins, 200 squats and 300 LBCs.

We then moved to the basketball court for a little 4 corners of fun. 3 corners were divided by Arms, Legs and  Core with the 4th corner giving some a taste of what a few of us experienced at GrowRuck. We carried coupons or weighted poles. Before we knew it the clock read 8:00. We circled up for Count o rama and Name o rama. We ended the COT with a prayer for being thankful for F3 Suncoast and me finding this group and the huge impact it has made on my life. Also included in the prayer were prayers for Drake’s mom, Dragnet’s mom, Snapchat’s in laws and for Olympus’ surgery ending with prayers for the unspoken as well as our military, first responders and law enforcement and specific prayers for all affected by the condo collapse in Sunrise, FL.
