YHC was on Q, twice this week thanks to Bing…

Prior to launch there was some chatter about a seafood buffet being formed at the Hammer, but this gloom there was an item missing from the spread. We missed you Lobstah, get well soon.

Crabcakes wanted to hit his training plan, so YHC said he could set the pace. Well, that was like giving a 3:44 to myself…After mile 2 we dropped to 8:20 and that’s all YHC had in the tank. Yet this wasn’t so bad, after the discussion of how Peanut Butter isn’t the best prior to a run. So let’s just say YHC was trying to be sure to have some fresh air.

After the 6 made it back, “YHC”, Spinal Tab said, “I can’t stay for the Circle”. I let you guess who had the peanut butter?
