Setup:  A little military flavor this morning. PAX was paired up with a “battle buddy” for motivation and assisted exercises. Throwback for former service and a changeup for others. Cool and clear, low humidity. Started out with a basic 2 column formation and brief instruction on simple military protocol.

The Thang:  Double time w/ singing cadence to the first stop. SSH, Strawberry pickers, Merkins, Hello Dollys, and LBCs. Double time to the next stop  – Bobby Hurleys, Monkey Humpers, Carolina Dry Docks, Mountain Climbers. Double time back to the first stop – Moroccan Night Clubs, Goofballs, Calf Raises, Side Lunges (question was asked which side to start on and a battlefield promotion to PFC was awarded: Private Pincher). Double time back to the pavilion with 2x Double Applesauce. Formed up on the B-ball court for 12 stations with exercise (1:30) and method of transportation (:30) identified.

Inside 6 – Plank (Bear 360), Australian Snow Angel (Broken Wheelbarrow), Kraken Burpees (Broken Wheelbarrow – other man), Captain Thor (Toy Soldiers), Crab Cakes (Crab Walk), Pickle Pounder (Hillbillies).

Outside 6 – Two Man Tire Flip (Fireman’s Carry), Dan Taylor (Fireman’s Carry – other man), Butkus on the bench (Broad Jump), Dips on the bench (High Knees), Crab Jacks (Imperial Walker), Backward Sprint ~ 100 yds each way (Walk).

Circle of Trust: with praises and prayers. God knows the needs in each man’s heart and will meet them according to his will (in other words, I didn’t do a good job of remembering them all), but special prayers for Aquaman’s wife and upcoming delivery of their second child for his fathers struggle with his faith.
