Conditions: 70 dark and muggy… did not feel like a crisp 58 degrees

The Thang: We launched into a Dora that included running 58 yards to the cones and doing 10 LBCs and running another 58 yards to the Dora partner who was working on the following exercises.  Each pax had to complete 58 of each of the following…..

Burpees 58

Crunchy Frogs 58

Merkins 58

Air squats 58

Mountain Climbers 58

Shoulder press 58
