Beautiful morning for a beatdown! We started with a warm-up and a few stretches. We then did 10 burpees to kick us off and get the heart pumping. We then went on to 4 corners where we added 7 reps to each exercise after every round. The 4 exercises today were: Squats, Leg raises, merkins, and big boys. We did 5 rounds for a total of 105 reps of each exercise. The mode of transportation was running and skipping.
After that we met on the green turf and bunny hopped the length of the turf and sprinted back.
We ended by partnering up and to complete 2 minutes of rampage of gratitude.
Someone is needed to take the site Q at Bad Clown on Tuesdays for Goob as he steps down to train for his marathon.
