Weather- a frosty 55 degrees

At 5:15am, and after Enron stripped from full sweats to his standard shorty shorts and an old Gold’s Gym style piece of thread that double as a tank, Goob provided the 5 core principles; very unenthusiastically according to Crabcakes.  He laid out the plan- run to and through Waterlefe in an out and back fashion for a solid 6 miles.  Knowing there would varying paces and needing to save the legs a bit, Goob vowed to run with the 6.

Great conversations were had ranging from helping improve people’s lives through physical therapy to “you’re slow fatty”.  Very encouraging and uplifting indeed.

Announcements:

• Feb 5th- Bridge-a-Life run at NBP.  F3 is in second place and that is embarrassing.  Come on guys!  Support an amazing cause and our brother Gridlilocks.
• March 12th- Raiders Rise-N-Run.  Same as above.  Step up and support a great cause and our boy Crabcakes’ 2.0s.
• Jan 8th- EH a palooza at AP.  Enron led Q.
