Weather: very gusty and soupy, but, rain held off
At 515 YHC reviewed the 5 core principles quickly as we saw 2 sets of headlights approaching. Penalty burpees for Goob and Posh were dealt. Pax headed out for a 2 lap mozy that included high knees, carioca x2 and nur.

on your 6 for some back, leg and glute stretches
YHC planned out 5 rounds of stupidity, but, after round 2 and excessive mumble chatter (plus muscle fatigue) during only round 1, realized he over did it. I basically planned a Saturday AP workout, maybe then some . This led to an audible in round 3. All in all it was a good workout, for only my 2nd Q. Timing is the hardest part, tip of the day for those waiting for Bing to sign them up, just over plan it’s easy to take away some things.
