This time last year, it wasn’t unusual to have just one or two PAX show at Ft Hamer. Now, there’s often 10 or more. It’s regularly the biggest AO outside of Friday’s at Benderson.
Sir Wallace was the lone rucker and he set off for the bridge. For the runners, today’s workout was 1 mile loops. We started at the main fountain by the main entrance, ran 0.5 miles out to neighborhood entrance sign, and then back to the fountain.
It’s not until you run it a few times that you realize it’s a hill. It’s about 10 feet uphill on the way out, and downhill on the way back.
It’s also not until you run it a few times that you spot the speedbumps. Brutus got taken out a sneaky speedbump attack.
Thoughts and prayers for PAX dealing with family members (in particular, mothers-in-law), plus Goob’s M and Sir Wallace’s friend who was recently struck with COVID.
