It was great to be back at the tower for the first time in what seems likes weeks.
The five core principles and disclaimer were given so we started off with a mosey and headed to the tower for a warmup of Side Straddle Hops, Monkey Humpers, and Morracan Night Clubs.
We divided the PAX into two, and lined up on the opposite sides of the parking lot at the base of the tower. Side one would call out “Red Rover, Red Rover send (PAX name) over”. The chosen PAX would the go to the opposite side via a predetermined MOT. The sending PAX group would do merkins, and the receiving PAX group would do Squats, while waiting on the chosen PAX to make it to the other side.
Once to his new side, the chosen PAX would choose an excercise card that all PAX would do for two minutes. After each PAX was picked, we had a jail break up the tower .
