-Mosy to end of road with mix of crossover and backward for side straddle hops, imperial walkers, toy soldiers (aka commie walkers in the North), squats and merkins.  Mosy back up the hill for 4 sets of one lap at the top run and mix of four workouts – merkins, mountain climbers, throw down, gitmo, sally updowns, banana hammocks, partner clap merkins, monkey humpers, lunges, squats, big boy sit ups and LBC.  Ended with six minutes of Mary beginning with Freddie Mercs and ending with Superman and Michael Phelps.
