Warm up, mosey to benches.
Pair up, each team does total of:
50 merkins, 100 WWI sit ups, 150 squats while other runs out and back
Halftime show was Ring of Fire.. Brutus finally conceded to Callahan so we could get back to the beat down.
50 high feet decline merkins, 100 leg lifts, 150 step up/ high knees.
Ended with jog to corners of the parking lot for 5 burpees (+1 extra for Chili).
Finished with some stretching and 20 Puddin Pops.
