The clock hit 05:15 and Core principles were recited as well as disclaimers of my lack of expertise and general knowledge of anything.  A quick Mozy with Butt Kickers, High Knees, Nur, side shuffle.  The pax then circled up and performed Arm Circles, Hot Chicks, Strawberry Pickers and ended with Motivators starting at an 8 count.

The bunny thang.  IPC Week 4 circuit was explained and demonstrated and the stopwatch began!
