515 the PAX were antsy due to the chill and ready to sweat. Disclaimers and 5 core principles were given and off to the mozy we went. Mozy included high knees, butt kickers, side hops x 2 and toy soldiers

The Thang: YHC was pretty sore all over from last couple beatdowns, mainly from Chillipepper’s coupon bonanza Saturday. Only muscle group feeling pretty good was the core, for the short term.

It’s an honor to lead a beat down gents. After avoiding beatdowns all together for a couple months after moving here, I made it a point to avoid the tower like the plague for a few more months…always intimidated me. I was too out of shape. Today was a mile marker in my journey, thanks to all those who have encouraged me along the way and support me.
