YHC was volunselected to Q the beatdown today at Fort Hamer…YHC a few minutes early and declared that today would be Bridge Repeat day. The group ran a warm up mile together or as together as we could given the variety of paces for the 9 runners and 2 ruckers.

After the warmup mile, YHC suggested a set of bridge repeats for the PAX that consisted of the PAX increasing their pace/effort on the uphill portion of the bridge and recovering on the downhill portion.

YHC asked the PAX to return to the Parking lot between 0600-0605.  Distances were between 4-6 miles, except for Spinal Tap who’s an overachiever and showed up early to pre-run but also ran way faster than all the PAX.
