Another glorious fall day with the neon lights of the liquor store glowing nearby, 4 pax joined for a chalkboard of pain.  Also nearby, a rando slept in a Uhaul van so we moved the boombox in an effort to keep the peace.

After a crisp recital of the Mission Statement, 5 CP and Credo, we headed off for a mozy lap.  Some high knees, low knees, karaokes left, karaokes right and butt kickers rounded it out.

The appetizer was a series of 10 counts.  SSH, Merkins, Big Boy Situps, Imperial Walkers and LBCs.

The entree was an acronym BE EPIC stack of totally new exercises from the F3 Exicon.  10 counts of all exercises.  Do exercise #1, run, do #1 & #2, run, and so on.

Blades of Steel, El Capitan, E2K, Peeping Lipsticks, Imperial Squat Walkers and Chicken Peckers.  If you weren’t there, you’ll get a chance to learn these beauties again someday.

The dessert was round of Marys with Burpees, American Hammers, Big Boys, Merkins, Crunchy Frogs and Side Straddle Hops.

The after dinner drink was a sermon on the mount of one verse.  1 John 4:8

Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love.

All great leadership is done with love.  You done have to like everything/everyone, but you need to love them.  They are God’s children, you are His tool put their to guide them in a loving, Christian way.  This starts at home and extends to work and elsewhere.
