Weather- Florida summer (yes I know it’s mid May); humid humid humid
At 5:15am, YHC filling in for Crabcakes, laid out the 5 core principles, did not see an FNG, and rolled right into the warmup. 15 SSH were performed IC, 15 windmill IC, Arm circles forward and backward OYO, Michael Phelps OYO, and 15 Imperial Walkers IC. YHC then laid out the plan of the day- 4 giant corners spanning the greater section of the Winn-Dixie parking lot, CVS, and behind the Nail Spa. At each corner, their would be a prescribed exercise to perform before we were off to the next. Here’s the secret- all 4 corners had the same exercise meaning that all PAX would perform 100 reps of each.

- 25 Shoulder Taps
- 25 Dry Docks
- 25 Mountain Climbers
- 25 Squats
- 25 Freddy Mercury’s
- 25 Calf Raises
- 25 LBC’s
In the far corner of the parking lot around the Panera, Airwolf was pretty quick to identify the rancid smell of urine which permeated the air there. It was super pleasant and all the more reason to rep through the exercise quickly. Kudos to Airwolf for completing the entire beating. All told, most completed 100 of everything through the squats AND ran 2.25 miles. Quite the morning.
