Today’s workout was 12-ish days from Christmas so we did a 12 Days of Christmas workout.
Start with 1 burpee. Run to the other side of the NBP tower and do 2 Big Boys and 1 burpee. Go back to the start for 3 Monkey Humpers, 2 Big Boys and 1 burpee. You get the idea … here’s the full overview:

- Bobby Hurleys
- Mountain Climbers (count each leg once)
- Salsa Dips (squats)
- Plank Jacks
- Side Straddle Hops
- Crunchy Frogs
- Overhead Claps
After that we did a “Burtree” exercise. It’s like a burpee, but you make a Christmas tree shape when you stand up, with your hands by your side. Creative stuff, right?
We did 6 of those at the base of the tour, 5 on the next level, then 4, 3, 2, and finally 1 at the top. Then we repeated down the tower again.
It was great to see PAX from about 25 to 75 years old today. But these are not easy times. Prayers for Spartan’s sister and his family, Snapshot’s brother-in-law and his family, Radar’s family, and many more out there in the F3 Suncoast community.
