We headed 1/4 mile over to the West path to the mall on the lake w the lit up palm trees. We ran 1/4 mile stopped and did 20 of each of the following exercises: Merkins, Crunchy Frogs and Monkey hampers. We repeated this every 1/4 mile. Once we reached a mile we did 10 Burpees. Then we changed to 15 of each of the exercises… Carolina dry docks, Big Boys and squats and stopped every 1/4 mile.
