The thing:

It wasn’t raining…. Yet.

5 core principals were shared, and the plan was laid out.

Going old school route. Over the bridge and into Waterlefe.

Plan is a one mile warm up together, then threshold pace for the remainder of the run. Once complete, pick up the six.

Impressive times laid down by all. Best part of the run was when it started pouring at mile 5. Never been so happy about being in the rain.

Still 3 spots on the Ragnar team for next weekend. Leave Thursday 12th, return Sunday 15th. Forty hours of driving, 15 miles of running with a total of ~1200 feet of accents and descents, camping, and sleepless nights. Let us know if you’re interested. 🙂
