At 0514 YHC reviewed the 5 core principles and the plan for the day.  YHC is in the middle of his taper for the SKUNK APE Marathon on 11/21/2021 and his plan called for 1 mile warm up, 3 miles in 25 minutes(8:20), 1 mile c/d.  YHC encouraged the other PAX to partner up, push themselves and find some fellowship throughout the 45 minutes.

The group started together but at .8miles the group split off with Manziel, YHC, Goob, and Yamaha continuing on the small loop and Bing, Enron, and Blade Runner taking the big loop.  Fireball joined the Bing group a little later on in the run.

By 0605 all PAX had run at least 5.7 miles with the majority covering over 6 miles of asphalt.
