YHC brought Punisher 2.0 for her christening. (2.0 is a 60 lb ruck sandbag, smaller version of the bigger uglier 80 lb sister.)
- Split PAX into 2 partner groups
- Split into two line, keep formation.
- Start with bag Punisher and Punisher 2.0 in front of each line.
- 2 min carry, then pass to the PAX behind.
- Once last man in lines time is up, rotate lines and move to front.
RuckWalk Loops around Publix:
- Once arrive start stop timer pull a card do exercise, restart timer and resume walk. (Deck of F3 Workout Cards were scrubbed through prior to arrival for Ruck Appropriate exercises)
