Weather: Windy and 47

5:15a struck, core principles were shared along with the mission statement and disclaimer, and we took off on a mosi that included NUR, side shuffle, toy soldiers and ending in COP.

COP included:

• Flutter Kicks x10IC

• Helly Dolly x10IC

• Windmills x10IC

First up was a mosi over to the traffic circle for a Big Boy Ladder. Starting with 1 Big Boy sit up followed by a lap around the circle, moving all the way up to 10 Big Boy Situps.  Once completed, plank for the six.

After the pax completed the ladder, we headed over to the turf field to introduce an Echo Chamber favorite….kind of.  The Pit of Misery.  This includes:

• Escalator of 1 Burpee and 4 SSH together as a pax
• 1 lap around the turf field
• Penalties issues for anyone (except Chili Pepper) for stepping on the turf when running the lap – no cutting corners).  Chili was excluded due to his sick desire to do more burpees and intentionally breaking rules 😉 )
• Plank until the six completes his lap
• Escalator up to 10 burpees and 40 SSH

With only 5 minutes remaining, it was time for a true round of mary – all AB exercises and must be done in cadence…

• Slow ups – Fireball – with some sort of cadence attempt
• Freddie Mercury x10 IC
• Ab Walkers x10 IC
• and a few more that are slipping YHC mind at this time.

Moleskin:  YHC has noticed a trend that the credo of Leave No Man Behind has wained amongst the pax….when men finish their counts, they wait for the others to complete….rather than picking up the six and leaving no man behind.  It was intentional today that everything selected involved picking up the six.  We had a DR guest a few weeks ago who immediately would turn around and pick up the six at Hard Knox and it truly impressed me because he knew no one being a DR guest, but it didn’t stop him from following the credo to pick up his fellow F3 Brother.  It made a huge impact on YHC and I challenge ALL of you to live the same way as our guest…and PICK UP THE SIX!
