YHC arrived early to get set up. It was a nice breezy morning, very comfortable. Slowly all started to arrive. There was a different truck that pulled in, introducing Jacob, Ladder.
After stating the 5 core principles, we mozied to the tower through the walkway.
At the base of the tower we started with bad back stretches and Michael Phelps. Using the steps we did Step-ups, incline merkins and dips, 15 of each.
On each level of the tower were excersises. Ground level, one excercise, second level two excersises, etc, finishing with six exercises on the top level.
Ground level: 10 Burpees.
Second level: 25 Mountain Climbers
and 20 Dying Cockroaches.
Third level: 20 Carolina Drydocks and 20 Windmills and 20 Strawberry Pickers.
Fourth level: 25 Imperial Walkers and 20 Crab Jacks and 20 Monkey Humpers and 30 LBCs.
Fifth level: 30 SSH and 20 Merkins and 20 Bobby Hurly’s and 20 Apollo Ono’s and 25 American Hammers.
Sixth level: 30 Overhead Claps and 20 Freddie Mercury’s and 30 Morracan Night Clubs and 20 Flutter Kicks and 20 Toy Soldiers and 1 minute of 30-60-90.
3 minutes to go. Round of Mary, Big Boys, Plank Jacks and Squats.
For those counting at home, we did 27 different excercises, not repeating any, and most were done in cadence.
