COT: Why the simple workout? Today is the start of a busy Thanksgiving week for most of us. Most will be busy w/ family, etc or Pax traveling. On top of that, our work week will be hectic, as well.
The work out gave us the opportunity to stat our week with “Me” time; 40 minutes of time to think & reflect what we may be facing this week. As a runner, I use my runs as a time to get away & have time for myself, whether it’s for prayers, reflection, or planning. some of us were able to plan our week & set the tone of how our week’s going to be. While none of us were able to get 10 laps in, we did get a work out, while at the same time have a moment of tranquility, no lights, no phones, nothing but a nice foggy quiet morning. As we stayed silent, we listened to our inner strengths to guide us through this upcoming week
Praises: Airwoulf’s Sister’s family is moving to the area, with her husband possibly an FNG
Prayers: First Responders, Medical Specialist, Farmers, Educators, Leaders, and our military for keeping us safe and protected.

Honored and blessed to be able to lead you all, – Lancelot
