Your lame Nantan forgot to do a backblast for the beatdown last Monday.  Just to show you it’s still important to get it in…even if a week late…to get the counts right.  All I can tell you is that it was a flop-sweat session that involved carrying dumbbells, doing merkins and Trump getting yelled at by the Winn Dixie manager for trying to tear down the cart rack while doing pullups.
