Mid 70s breezy, but no rain.
At 5:15 we did not have a Q, so Condenser and Clutch came up with ideas. Condensor stated the 5 core principles and started us of with a mozey around the parking lot, including a non-Nascar lap around the flag. After that we did Moraccan Night Clubs, strawberry pickers, hillbilly walkers, toy soldiers, and some stretches.
It was stated that the 11 from NBP on Tuesday wasn’t enough, so Condenser wanted to add on. We started with merkins doing middle, left, then right for 1. Then on the other end we did heels to heaven in cadence count.
Clutch 11 (as if the first 11 wasn’t enough)
We started with LBCs on one end and squats on the other end.
With three minutes to go it was just enough time for a three minute run.
