Weather – who cares, it’s Ruckership time!!
5:15a struck and there was no time for chit chat…we had a plan and we needed all 105 minutes! Off we went for 5.5 miles with 5 pain stations along the way. Pace of walk to be a minimum of 15:00/minute and the F3 Shovel Flag must be front left at all times.
Pain stations were all 10 count in-cadence or OYO as indicated and were as follows:
Station 1:
- Overhead Press Oyo
- Good Morning Ruck High IC
- Squat Ruck Extended OYO
Station 2:
- Chin ups Oyo
- Ruck Curl OYO
- Squat ruck overhead OYO
Station 3
- Merkins OYO
- Mountain Climbers IC
- Plank Jacks IC
Station 4:
- American Hammer IC
- Plank Pull Through OYO
- Ruck Clean and Press OYO
Station 5:
- Ruck Swings OYO
- Low Slow Squat on back IC
- Ruck Burpees OYO
Long sleeves/sweatshirts didn’t make beyond the first pain station and the ruckership conversation was top notch as always.
We arrived back into Adventure Park with 6 minutes to spare, just in time to begin our next 60-minutes of pain, aka the 6th pain station.
