Weather – mid 70’s and high humidity
The clock struck 7, with the FNGs no where in sight, but the disclaimer was shared along with the core principles and off we went for a mosi which included butt kickers, high knees, carioca x2 and finishing in the rink for COP. Apparently YHC failed to clarify to the FNGs that we were at AP as they were looking for us at NBP and appeared mid-beatdown….just after the burpee fest. Lucky for them!

And it was time for the Thing. Going with an all time-favorite, the starfish while in the rink. Exercise reps in the center face off circle and then mode of transportation to each face-off circle, always returning to the middle again, repeating the reps. Exercises were as follows:
- Carolina Dry-Dock x10 – crab walk
- Squats x10 – NUR
- Big Boy Situps x10 – Crab Walk
- Burpees x10 – Run (yup – there is your damn 90 burpees Chili Pepper)
Next was two rounds of 11 across the rink. First was Merkins/LBC with a Nur. Second was Overhead Claps/Moroccan Night clubs/Run.
With only a few minutes remaining, we finished with a quick round of Mary.
