Kudos to all PAX that made it out to start the week right, despite the threat of rain and lightning. Shout out in particular to Bubbles (getting back on track with his fitness), Wilson (posting again after a break), and Manziel (showing in the gloom despite only having one good leg).
Monday was Flag Day so the exercises featured the numbers 50 and 13.
The original exercise plan featured a run from Adventure Park to Lorraine Road, but we stuck closer to home because of the weather.
The exercises featured 50 stars (normally a variation on SSH) plus some stripes (LBCs, merkins, big boys etc). Normally, SSH are the easy warm-up exercise, but by the time you’ve done 400 of them, you feel like you had a good workout!
