Pre-Blast was posted the day before…know your average ride cadence. Challenge would be to ride the loops while pushing the cadence to end the ride with an average of 10 rotations higher than usual.
For YHC there was a noticeable difference. Much higher HR while minimizing muscle fatigue. Something that definitely should be worked in during some rides more often.
Something must of worked cause there again were several PRs set this gloom.
