Pre-blast: Crabcakes invited the pax to YHC’s burpday party

PREP: Load the milk crates with cement-filled cans.

WEATHER: a chilly 52F.  Perfection.

5:15AM: it’s YHC’s 57th burpday!  Today is 3-14, and all those numbers will be the theme.  

5 core principles recited, with 2 burpees after each of them.  Mosey west, then north to YHC’s favorite cheese grater asphalt, back east through the apartment parking lot to the main entrance, and finally south back to the parking area through the main road between all the apartments, with nur, butt kickers, high knees, arms up, etc. and 5 stops along the route for: 

14 SSH + 9 burpees

14 Imperial Walkers + 10 burpees

14 LBCs + 9 burpees

14 Merkins + 10 burpees

14 (something) + 9 burpees

For those of you counting, that’s a total of 57 burpees.  Happy Burpday!

THE THANG: Parking lot stripes with a 3 + 14 theme.

Usual starting spot, grab a set of cement cans.  All exercises will be done with the cans.  Today will just be every 3rd stripe.
