Weather: Started out nice and cool at 68, but that humidity was a killer soon after we started. For those that got there early enough, we saw the tail end of the Blood Moon Lunar Eclipse. Was EPIC!!!

All in all, 124 burpees were completed by each individual PAX.
In between each burpee, a slam ball was passed throughout the pax and the below exercises were performed in AMRAP style.

Summary: This was difficult but doable. I’m trying to come up with more clever ways to make it less repetitive, but I kind of like how quickly the time went. I was amazed when I looked a the clock and we only had 10 minutes to go. Unsure how the PAX feel about it, albeit Usher seemed to enjoy himself and we had a few guys at coffeeteria, which is always nice on a Tuesday. I’ve personally still got over 500 burpees to do this month for the challenge I was (we were) introduced to by @Airwolf…
