After taking time to get set up, YHC arrived at Bad Clown to be greeted  by  the PAX.  A welcome to Toll House from Albany GA – Thomas Amos.  After the 5 core principles and disclaimer and a couple of warmup excercises, we took off on our tour of the area up and down Cattleman Road.

There were 24 Easter Eggs every 100 of so yards with 24 different excercises in each one.  We would collect the egg than do the excercise together in cadence.

We finished at 6:00 but Toll House was expecting some Merkins, which must have been in the egg we couldn’t find.  So we executed 10 Merkins.  Goob joined the COT after his 7.4 mile run.
