YHC declared today would be a figure 8 day and stated that the PAX would complete a warm-up mile together then YHC would increase his pace gradually over the next 5 miles. YHC encouraged the PAX to do the same…..apparently Bladerunner misunderstood because he increased his speed to the port a john during the 3rd mile.
