It’s easy to be down on our country at the moment, but we can still do amazing things. As a kid in England, I grew up watching NASA launches and admiring the US. Last week, I saw my kids were equally fascinated by watching the Mars landing. People just a couple of hours from us are sending robots to Mars – that’s awesome.
So this morning’s beatdown had a MARS theme. We ran from Adventure Park to Lorraine Road. Between each road junction, we stopped four times for exercises:
- American Hammers
- Rock pushes
At Lorraine, we turned around and headed for Adventure Park. This time the exercises were a little more difficult:
- Hand-release merkins
- American Hammers with LBCs
- Rock push, then lift the rock over your head
- Squat, down into a plank jack
We were back at AP by 6 am. Prayers for Crabcakes and Pincher’s family. Praises for Stagecoach on his 17th anniversary.
