We were looking for Olaf and his father, who is down range, but posted virtually.  I guess he got scared when he heard I was on Q.  Ha!

MISSION STATEMENT:
Our mission is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.

We did some stretching then a Mosey around the circle, stopping  half way for Side Straddle Hops, Strawberry Pickers, Moroccan Night Clubs.

Round of elevens consisting of Merkins and Squats with mode of transportation run.

Thang 2
Three rounds of Four Corners. Consisting of:
25 American Hammers,
30 LBCs,
20 Crab Jack’s,
20 Apollo Ono’s.
Mode of transportation on the North and South ends was a run, East and West ends were lunge walk.

We finished our three rounds and Kotter lead us in improvised SSH.  Time.

Prayers: Kotter daughters sleeping pattern, Condensors Foster baby boys future, Snapshots brother in law.  As always our military, first responders, and medical staff.
