With WildPax happening at the same time, Goob was pleasantly surprised with 6 additional PAX braving the morning.  That is where the bravery ended and the stupidity began.  Site Q lacked planning today so he allowed the cards to decide their fate.  After a mozy which included high knees, buttkickers, NUR, and a carioca each direction, the PAX were ready for a quick warmup.  The warmup included 15 SSH IC, 10 Strawberry Pickers IC, leg stretches, agitators OYO, arm circles OYO, Michael Phelps OYO, and finished with some arm stretches.

At the conclusion of that, Goob announced that the cards would be in charge.  Only 1 of the PAX in attendance had the pleasure of using these before.  Essentially, the cards are shuffled and a card is pulled.  Whatever the card says, you do it.  After 5 exercises, we ran a lap.  After exercises 6-10, we ran to the entrance of the Christmas Tree trail for a change of scenery.  We performed exercises 11-15 and then ran the entire distance of the trail.  From there, we ran back to the starting point for one last card to be drawn.
