What a good way to start off the week. Especially after Superbowl day of eating.
a quick mosey around the playground to circle up and do 38 SSH’s for the winner and 35 burpees for the losers. jk we did mountain climbers instead.
another half lap mosey to our starting point where we did a round of 7’s with merkins and burpees. Run and Nur as modes of transportation. This time we actually did the burpees.
the we headed out to the trail for some cardio and ab work. Ran down the trail for 100 yds to mark a starting line then turned back to the trailhead entrance to be our finish line. Everyone would sprint out at the same time and run quickly until someone reached the finish line, at which point all pax would about face and jog back to the starting line. Rinse and repeat for three rounds Then a few core focused exercises Followed by a round of to sprints, followed by a round of core exercises, followed by a single sprint
ended with a round of merry with core focused exercises, some deep leg stretches, and finally a round of motivators from 7 down
