7 PAX members came out to support SIG’s VQ at the Tower in a hot and muggy Parrish FL.

Core Principles and Disclaimer was performed and we headed off for a mosey around the parking lot.

Circled up for some warm up exercises and a explanation of the THANG.

The THANG

There were 2 stations one in the parking lot and one at the front entrance of the church

Station 1 – had 4 sand bags of different weights

Each PAX member did

Sandbag High Pulls X10, Sandbag Cleans X8 and Overhead Toss X6

then run through parking lot to station 2

Station 2 –

Walking lunges X10, Merkins X10 and V – UPS X10

Then back to Station 1

Rinse and Repeat (about 6 times)

with 8 minutes left we did a round of mary
